Why use the flipped classroom?

There are many skeptics about the flipped classroom, but the following infographic shows the proof that a flipped classroom can be extremely successful.  Instead of listening to lectures in a classroom, students are actually involved in their own learning and communicating with each other and the teacher to develop a deeper understanding of the material.  When students are getting the help they need in class, they are clearly more successful.
